Course Description

The work we do matters. The way we treat our colleagues and clients matter. Using humor, story-telling, and anecdotes from the field, this session will remind listeners why self care is crucial and how we can learn and be inspired by others.

Learning Objectives

1. Identify how working with trauma survivors can create trauma.

2. Illustrate how joy can be used as a professional strategy.

3. Describe how professional differences can be used positively in building your professional team.
