Students receive an overview of research on the effectiveness and risk factors associated with corporal punishment as well as an overview of the contracting legal definition of reasonable force. Various theological approaches to corporal punishment are discussed. Finally, students are presented with a case scenario and work through possible approaches to a case of physical discipline resulting in child injuries.

Due to the recent move of all NCPTC and JWRC programs to the Zero Abuse Project, we are currently conducting a re-organization of our On-Demand Webinar platform. We anticipate being able to re-launch this valuable educational resource by the end of March. Please check back later this month.
