To our community of supporters:
Thank you for taking a moment to read this message. Together, we are experiencing a challenge that we have never faced before, and we understand the value of your time.
Due to social distancing, we have been required to cancel many revenue-generating training opportunities, teaching professionals and community members how to protect children. Because of shelter-in-place orders, children and adults alike are being quarantined with abusers, cut off from services and support. We, as an organization, are making tough financial decisions in order to maintain the core principle of our work: keeping children safe.
Today, and over the next week, we are asking for your help. May 1st- May 8th we will participating in the #GiveAtHomeMN fundraising campaign, in an effort raise $11,000 to allow us to continue to serve you, our community. Our organization and mission has always been about you and the health of your families and loved ones. Your unwavering dedication to ensure the safety of children is what brings us to your classrooms, PTA meetings, town halls, and places of work. Your unwillingness to sacrifice the well-being of the most vulnerable among us is what drives us to shed light and accountability on the institutions that harbor predators. You are the reason we have hope for a world in which every child can be free from abuse. We need your help to build that world.
We understand the financial challenges you are facing. Please consider giving what you can during this #GiveAtHomeMN campaign. Remember, you have the option to set up a monthly donation here. If you are not able to give, please consider sharing this message with your community.
Together, we can make this world safe for children.
Gratefully,
Alison Feigh
